AN ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY
BY JOEL DANIEL EINHORN
"Every relationship you've ever been in was a war between ghosts you couldn't see."
THE PREMISE
A young man in Amsterdam discovers that seven spirits of the dead have been shaping his choices since birth — each one working through their own unfinished business. The woman he loves carries spirits of her own. Every impulse he has ever felt, every shortcut he has ever taken, every moment of unexpected inspiration — none of it entirely his own.
HEAVEN is a completed 124-page feature film screenplay that asks one question: if you knew why you chose this life — before you were born — would you live it differently?

THE FEATURE FILM
Amsterdam in winter. Handheld. Desaturated. 16mm grain. Attila's world — the canal barge, the coffee shop, the casino, the lies. The world he can see.
The same physical spaces — but heightened. A cognac glass that appears from nowhere. A harpsichord in a bedroom. Seven people from seven centuries, fully solid, fully present, entirely invisible to the living.
Expressionistic. Saturated color. Impossible geography. The thinnest point of the membrane between the living and the dead — the place where three souls have known each other since before they were born.
"The entire human experience is a collaboration between the living and the dead."

EPISODE 01
"The Weight"
Amsterdam. Something is wrong but it has no name. Attila's world — the barge, the coffee shop, the casino, the lies. No spirits visible. Only the weight of them.
EPISODE 02
"The Cracks"
The strangeness escalates. Voices. Automatic writing. Attila talking in his sleep in languages he doesn't know. Agnes notices. The question forms: illness or haunting?
EPISODE 03
"The Architecture"
The camera separates from Attila's POV for the first time. Seven people from different centuries are revealed — to the audience, and only to the audience.
EPISODE 04
"The Confession"
Emotional ground zero. Attila confesses to Agnes. She delivers her ultimatum with an engineer's precision, not rage. The spirits watch in silence.
EPISODE 05
"The Membrane"
The horror episode. A psychedelic mushroom at a rock and roll party. Making love to Agnes, Attila looks into her dilated pupils — and sees all seven spirits looking back.
EPISODE 06
"The Dead"
The series pivots. Full backstories as complete sequences: 1488 Prague. Las Vegas 2007. Vienna. The Oval Office. Rorke's Drift, 1879.
EPISODE 07
"The Crossing"
Everything converges. An airport. A cognac glass. The most important moment in the series — Joey puts the glass down.
EPISODE 08
"Heaven"
The full architecture revealed. Each spirit faces their reckoning. Agnes has spirits of her own. She always did. Title card: EVERYONE HAS THEM.
